Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods including user manuals and reference manuals;
- Develop and maintain a current internal documentation library;
- Provide and/or coordinate special documentation services as required;
- Develop and maintain documentation across all AFSOC PED sites;
- Develop and maintain diagrams across all AFSOC PED sites for desktop configuration, system floorplan layouts, and server/rack elevation diagrams using Visio or comparable visualization tool;
- Manage and maintain documentation for SGIP equipment identification nomenclature,
inventory, and location across all AFSOC PED sites;
- Perform configuration management for AFSOC PED software and hardware baselines;
- Maintain records pertaining to change, release, and build management for AFSOC PED;
- Manage shipment requests and track delivery status of AFSOC PED related equipment;
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold an active DOD TS/SCI
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Required DoD 8570.01 IAT Level 2 (Hire Date)
- Required MS Office
- Required Disaster Recovery Procedures
- Required Life Cycle Systems Management
- Required Equipment Shipping/Logistics
- Required Documentation Control/Creation
